Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at hello@getserein.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible unopened products must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in their original condition.

Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. 

Once your return has been received and approved, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days.
